I offer psychotherapy and counselling to adults and young people aged 18 and over.
My services are available Monday to Friday, during the day, and in the evening.
I offer both brief counselling, and longer term or open-ended psychotherapy, adapting the therapy to suit your individual needs and circumstances.
INDIVIDUAL FACE-TO-FACE PSYCHOTHERAPY AND COUNSELLING
Face-to-face therapy allows you to feel regularly supported, and helpfully challenged, during times of difficulty or uncertainty. It can also be valuable as an aid for your personal self-development when all is well. In our dialogue together, we examine your individual beliefs and values in a new light, opening up your possibilities for living.
Face-to-face sessions last for fifty minutes once a week. They are normally held at the same time and day each week. Feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have about the individual face-to-face psychotherapy and counselling service.
ONLINE & TELEPHONE COUNSELLING
Thanks to my work offering Skype & Zoom video link sessions, I am available wherever you are in the world.
If you are restricted by mobility, geographical location or access to transport, Skype, Zoom or telephone counselling can be a suitable way to access the support and counselling you need. It may be more convenient for you to work with me via
Skype or Zoom video link, or you may simply find it preferable to talk to someone over the telephone than to meet them face-to-face.
